The basics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience in your area of expertise (career coaching, technical mentoring, leadership, communication, transitions, and so on)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>A track record of helping others develop, ideally with examples or testimonials<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Commitment to professional standards (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent training, or equivalent practical experience)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>A genuine interest in supporting people, not just selling sessions<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we provide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A platform that works for you<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your public profile, your hours, your rates. We do not dictate how you work, we just make it easier to find clients and run sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marketing and discovery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We bring potential clients to your profile through search, recommendations, and editorial features. You focus on the coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Practical tools<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Session note tools, action plan templates, scheduling, payment processing, and reporting, so the administrative side does not eat your time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A community of peers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quarterly meetups (virtual and in person where possible), a private space to discuss practice and share resources, and continuing development support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How it works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Apply via the form below, with a short profile and links to your work.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>We review and follow up within a week.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>If approved, we onboard you and help you set up your profile.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>You start receiving introductions and bookings.<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apply<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The full coach application form is in development.
