Who we are looking for
We are selective about the coaches and mentors on the platform. The basics:
- Demonstrated experience in your area of expertise (career, leadership, technical, communication, transitions)
- A track record of helping others develop, ideally with examples or testimonials
- Commitment to professional standards (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent training or experience)
- A genuine interest in supporting people, not just selling sessions

We bring potential clients to your profile through search, recommendations, and editorial features. You focus on the coaching.

Quarterly meetups (virtual and in person), a private space to share resources, and continuing development support.
