Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What does early access mean for pricing?

Founding members who sign up during early access lock in their rate for as long as they remain subscribed.

Do you offer refunds?

If you are not happy in your first 14 days, email us and we will refund you, no questions asked.

How are coaches paid?

Coaches set their own session rates. We process the payment, take a small platform fee, and pay coaches on a regular cycle. Full details in the coach onboarding.
